For all orders under $149 there is a shipping fee of $19.99 plus tax. Orders with a value of $150 or more will ship for free. Sales tax is applied depending on the rate within the province or territory the order is being shipped to. A signature is available on request with no additional charge and will automatically be included with any orders of $350 or more.
Do you offer shipping outside of Canada?
We do not currently ship internationally. We only ship to Canadian Provinces and Territories using Canada Post or other shipping method.
How long does shipping take?
We give an estimate of 2 to 14 business days for delivery depending on destination.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us via email at email@example.com to confirm the status of your order. If it has already shipped, you may just have to wait until the parcel arrives to the original destination address or is returned to us. Should we receive a returned shipment, we may request shipping cost from you to send back to an alternate address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed for shipping, a tracking number may be provided (depending on destination address).
How soon will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4:00 PM (EST) will be sent out on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped out the following business day. The courier company may experience delays in processing and shipping out packages. We appreciate your patience if any delays occur, and regret that we are unable to do anything about delays once packages have been shipped from our facility.

Please check your property to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbours or landlords if the package was seen or left with them. Lost or stolen packages
We regret that we will not be held responsible for any packages that are either lost or stolen once the tracking information indicates a package has been successfully delivered. Customers assume all responsibility for any orders placed once the tracking information indicates that the package is out for delivery.
